Refund policy

Once your package leaves Big Ring Style and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it's officially out of my control. That means Big Ring Style can't be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If something like that happens (fingers crossed it doesn't!), please reach out to your local post office or shipping carrier for help tracking it down.Almost every Big Ring Style piece is hand-strung with love, so please allow a 2–4 week turnaround time for your order to be made and shipped. If you need your item sooner or have a special date in mind, send me a message! I'll always do my best to make it happen.I also balance this business with another job and life outside the studio, so sometimes things take a little longer than planned. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding - it means the world to me!
