Hey there! Just a quick note — once your package leaves Big Ring Style and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, it's officially out of my control. That means Big Ring Style can't be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If something like that happens (fingers crossed it doesn't!), please reach out to your local post office or shipping carrier for help tracking it down.
Almost every Big Ring Style piece is hand-strung with love, so please allow a 2–4 week turnaround time for your order to be made and shipped. If you need your item sooner or have a special date in mind, send me a message! I'll always do my best to make it happen.
I also balance this business with another job and life outside the studio, so sometimes things take a little longer than planned. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding — it means the world to me!
Materials & Quality
Each Big Ring Style piece is handmade using authentic, high-quality materials — that includes the wire, clasps, extenders, hooks, and beads. I take pride in creating pieces that don't just look good but last a lifetime.
All BRS necklaces include a 2" chain extender as part of the total length (for example, an 18" necklace includes 16" of beads and 2" of chain). Need something longer or shorter? Just ask — custom options are always welcome!
Returns & Processing Time
Because every piece is handmade just for you, returns aren't accepted. Most orders ship within 3 weeks, unless otherwise noted.
If you need something quickly or want a more exact estimate, feel free to message me! Rush orders are available with a nonrefundable fee, depending on what you need and how soon.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please send me an email or message within 3 days of receiving it. Include a photo of the item, and I'll take a look right away to make it right.
Repairs
Any Navajo Pearl jewelry that breaks (within reason) can be sent in for repair. Big Ring Style reserves the right to refuse a repair if the item has been damaged due to misuse or excessive wear.
